Downloading and Installing the Offline Course Player

The Offline Course Player provides the ability for you to download self-paced courses and to take them offline. This feature allows you to take your training anywhere, anytime, without having to access the Internet.

Installing (or Upgrading)

Before you can begin downloading content or assessments, you must first download and install the Offline Course Player onto your local computer. The system will check to see if the player is already installed; if not, you will be prompted to install the Offline Course Player using this page. Please note that you can't access the Offline Course Player on your computer until you download a course from the syllabus.

Please read ALL of the instructions below before you download the player.

Before you download the Offline Course Player, read the system requirements below to make sure your machine can run the player.
Click Download Now below when you are ready to install the player. Note: Clicking Download Now will also take you through the process of upgrading the offline player.
For IE Users: Save the setup.exe file and run the file to install the player or install the player directly from the server.
For Firefox Users: Save the setup.exe file and run the file to install the player. You will need to restart the browser in order to download a course.
After the Offline Course Player is installed, return to the course syllabus page, select the content or assessments to be downloaded and click the Download Selected Items button to download your content.
When your course or assessment has downloaded, find the Offline Course Player icon on your desktop. Open that application to run your course or assessment locally.

Note: Flash version 8 or higher is required to run courses and assessments in the Offline Course Player.
